Shortly after the series premiered as BBC Two’s highest rated drama series in 8 years TVWise broke the news that the core cast of The Fall had signed on to do a second run and that BBC Two controller Janice Hadlow was on the verge of green-lighting the second season. New details have emerged on Georgeville Television’s drama series The After, which hails from The X-Files creator Chris Carter. The series dominated its time-slot and opened with an average audience of 3.5 million and 15.4 percent share, peaking at 3.6 million, making it the highest drama series launch on the channel since Romein 2005.
