The tag for the day was "It's here!"Showed trailer for movie. Trailer didn't show much. Overuse of quick cut scenes don't tell you very much. Only saw Amanda Peet, Billy Connolly, David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson. The trailer opens up with line of FBI/Police with dogs and long sticks searching a large "snow covered meadow". WonderCon was a buzz Saturday with the star power in attendance at many of its various panels and presentations. Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. So, technically this was the 20th Century Fox panel, but it might has well have been called the Fox and Scully hour. That’s what people wanted to see.Poor Thai horror remake SHUTTER, all about spirit photography, was stuck before the big X-FILES 2 panel and even the hot Aussie from TRANSFORMERS and Hiro’s sidekick couldn't make much of a difference. We just got treated to a very brief clip from the new X-Files movie trailer, featuring a group of mysterious FBI types marching across the icy antarctic snows, with Ringo from the Lone Gunman in the lead, crying out, "We've found it!" Cut to lightning fast clips of a body being dragged over ice, Scully looking hotter than hell, Mulder looking not so bad himself, and lots of zoomy blurred stuff.
